Delivery area
We deliver within Germany. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

Delivery time
The times shown start from receipt of payment and are given in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Items made to order
For items made to order and for personalised items we state the production time individually in the order confirmation. It is usually longer than the times above, because manufacturing only begins once you have approved the design.
Payment methods
PayPal
Payment is handled by PayPal. You are taken to PayPal to complete it and returned to the shop afterwards.
No other payment methods are available at the moment. We do not offer advance bank transfer.
VAT
No VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
Packaging
Wherever possible we ship in reused cardboard without plastic filling. It occasionally looks unspectacular, and it saves a layer of packaging you would throw away immediately.
