AEGIS SYSTEMS prints single objects from whatever you can describe: replacement parts for a car, gifts, memorial pieces. You do not need a 3D file, a photograph or a description is enough. The model is built with help from Tripo AI, agreed with you before printing, and made in Germany. From 15 euros.

Most enquiries here start with an object nobody sells: a broken drawer handle with no replacement available, a game figure that went out of production years ago, or a cast of a hand. Small and unusual jobs are welcome. An enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
How it works
Describe it
Send a photograph, a sketch or a few sentences. More detail helps, vague is fine too. Measurements are useful but not required.
The model
Your reference becomes a model in three dimensions, built with help from Tripo AI. You see it before anything is printed.
Agree it
Changes at this stage are normal and expected. Printing starts only once the model is right and the price is agreed.
Print and ship
Made and finished in Germany, shipped within Germany.
What is possible
- From PLA and TPU through to engineering materials: printed on an ELEGOO Centauri Carbon 2 Combo, an enclosed machine for high temperatures and multi-colour parts.
- Flexible or rigid, decorative or load-bearing: which material suits your part is worked out together. You do not need to know beforehand.
- Anything not currently in stock is sourced for your order. Ask about unusual materials too.
What drives the price
- Size of the object and how long it takes to print
- Material: engineering materials cost considerably more than PLA
- Complexity of the shape and the support structures it needs
- Building the 3D model, where no file exists
- Finishing, sanding and painting
Common questions
- What does custom 3D printing cost?
- Prices start at 15 euros. What a particular piece costs depends on size, material and complexity. You get a fixed quote before anything is printed, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
- I do not have a 3D file. Is that a problem?
- No, and it is the normal case. A photograph, a hand sketch or a description is enough. The model is built with help from Tripo AI and shown to you before printing.
- Can you recreate a broken replacement part?
- Often, yes. Send photographs of the part from several angles, ideally with a ruler or a coin beside it for scale. Breaks are not an obstacle as long as the original shape is still readable.
- Can you make a memorial piece?
- Yes. These are handled with the care they deserve, and confidentially if you prefer. Just write and say what it is.
- Will you print a single item?
- Yes. One-off pieces are the normal case here, and there is no minimum order.
- How long does it take?
- Production starts as soon as your order is in the system. Nothing sits in a queue. Once the piece is finished it goes out for delivery. How long the making itself takes depends on the scope and is stated in the quote before you agree to it.
